Duties:

Monitoring incoming orders

Scheduling of orders to drivers

Supervising and managing driver workloads

Ongoing rescheduling of loads and routes for all customer orders

Liaising with Drivers

Communicating with customers regarding delivery times

Responsible for driver queries face to face and via telephone

General Administration

Scanning docket etc

Hours: 9am-5pm or 8am-4pm (No weekend work)

The ideal candidate:

Must have experience working in a busy face paced company

Ability to plan, work to deadlines supervised and on own initiative

Meticulous in their approach

Dynamic and proactive
